"Days of our Lives" star Lindsay Hartley has filed for divorce from "Smallville" actor Justin Hartley ... TMZ has learned.

Lindsay filed the docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences."

The couple met back in 2003 while both starring on the soap opera "Passions" -- and were married a year later. They have a 7-year-old daughter.

Since "Passions," Lindsay has starred on "All My Children" and "Days of Our Lives."

Lindsay is asking for joint physical and legal custody. So far, no word back from Justin.

Pilar-- the actress is now on "El Talisman" :-D

I've also seen Teresa's little sister in a telenovela but I can't remember which...

and I keep seeing an advertisement on tv (English-speaking channels) for a new tv show- I think Chad is the main actor, that's exciting!

I found this week's Target ad and I'm pretty sure that's Chad :-D remember in "Passions" during the summer when the guys never wore shirts? mmmmmm, those were the days! haha

did anyone else catch Norma posing as a TSA security worker in the new Blue Bunny ice cream commercial? haha

Didn't know it until today...but tonight's episode of Smallville features Eric Martsolf as Booster!




That makes...four Passions actors on Smallville. Jesse Metcalfe was first, then Justin Hartley (who has been on the show for four seasons) and his wife Lindsay Hartley (though, sadly, they never were in a scene together during her one episode).

Since her untimely death on "Days of Our Lives"... I saw 'Teresa' on "All My Children" today :-D I think she's playing a character that left and came back, working in a hospital *shrug* and she's got a great hairstylist! (tho she always had great hair)

So Ethan and Luis are alreay on Days of Our lives and on the preview for tomorrow's (Friday) episode- Luis was talking with Theresa!! :-D I'm so excited!!

It has just occurred to me that it was a whole ten years ago that Passions started airing (July 5, 1999), and just one year ago that it stopped (August 7, 2008). 

That stuns me almost as much as the length and detail of the Wikipedia article on Passions!

She's already nailed the cheesy dialogue -- and now former soap opera villain Kelli McCarty has decided ... she just wants to be nailed.

The former Miss USA 1991 -- yeah, she was a frickin' beauty queen -- has quit the mainstream acting biz for a shot at a career in "adult entertainment."

McCarty, who played maniacal Beth Wallace on "Passions" for seven years, is now a "Vivid Entertainment" girl -- and has just wrapped on her first XXX feature, "Faithless," in which she plays the lead character to a very very supporting cast.

So, why the career move? Here's the explanation -- "I enjoy acting,and I really like sex ... so this was the perfect opportunity to combine two of my passions."

Well, I knew this was coming up, but I didn't know quite when, so I did some research...

* Miss Passions? Well here's a treat for all you Passions fans! Soaps.com has gotten official word from the show that Galen Gering (ex-Luis,Passions ) will be coming to DAYS as an FBI agent. We will see him at the end of October, on the 31st. His name will be Rafeal (Rafe) .

* Eric Martsolf (ex-Ethan, Passions) prepares for his role as recast for Brady Black. There are, of course actor profiles as well that you can read from the same pages.! Official word comes from the show, that he'll return mid-November. And as you guessed, he'll return to Salem to settle unresolved issues with Chloe. Soaps.com spoke with his publicist October 9, who says that Eric has signed a 4 year deal, and he starts taping Monday October 13! We'll see him Thursday November 13!

I miss watching passions so freaking much i could cry at times  :(...

Galen Gering will be joining the cast of Days of our Lives as an FBI Agent who comes to Salem working on a special case.
Eric Martsolf will be taking on the role of "Brady Black" and will return to Salem to settle unresolved issues with "Chloe."
Gering will first appear in Salem at the end of October, and Martsolf in mid-November.

In memory of Passions, and also because I had nothing else to do this summer, I thought it would be fun to read Tabatha Lenox's book "Hidden Passions: Secretes from the Diary of Tabatha Lenox"
I found the book to be quite amusing. I loved the selections from the "diary" itself about Tabatha's burning at the stake and such.
But I wasn't prepared for a romance novel with soo much detail in the love scenes.
Other than that I was only surprised by one thing( cut for spoilers )

 I left lj about four months ago...and now I'm back.

Ok. So I got direct TV, and I tried taping the finale, but it didn't work *shakes evil dvd player/recorder*

So my thoughts about the finale:

I know people like Fancy and Luis together, but I was a watcher from Day one, and everybody should know that Sheridan should have been with Luis. It wasn't in the finale, but it was close, when they were doing the Tango, and Sheridan was like, promise me we'll be together in the next life...

THAT brought me to tears....because they were "fated" like Theresa and Ethan....

I really wanted Pillar to Bitch Slap Juanita in the end...it would have been funny.

I know Passions has always kind of been Evangelical...but the ending was WAY too religious for my taste. Miguel talking about Everlasting LIfe...and Baptism...Tabitha should have gotten to keep her powers and just became a good witch.

And ok, Gwen and Rebecca's ending was stupid. Like YAY they got caught and Ethan called Gwen a bitch...and I was jumping all around the house screaming at the top of my lungs "GWEN IS A BITCH GWEN IS A BITCH>>>FINALLY THEY KNOW!!!!" and everyone was talking about getting their happy ending and Rebecca got an "ass" sound and Gwen was like...what about me...and then THAT COP!!! I'm sorry, but if I was just called a bitch and had my life ruined by the man that I Was decieving for 9 years...I wouldn't be all like HEY Mr. Cop....

And Not everybody got a happy ending. Norma and Edna were characterized as freaks which in turn becomes a critique of gay marriage...THANKS JERk...and what about Grace? Grace didn't get a happy ending. She died on a bus. Ivy got the happy ending!! And What about Julian and Eve...sure they ended up together, but Simone disappeared, Whitney left unhapily with Miles, and Vincent became a murderer...thats NOT a happy ending, unless you count Julian's penis being fixed.

You know, I wasn't crying like everybody else because they were losing a show they loved. I did love passions, but I lost a memory of a show that I watched with my mom. I dunno. It was like losing a peice of my heart.

Can someone tell me where I cna go to see the last episode on Passions. I usualy catch up by reading at http://www.soapoperafan.com/passions/summaries.html, but they have not updated for some reason and NBC passions has nothing eiter. I don't get Direct TV, so I never got to see it and I really want to read about the ending or watch it.
